Management Structure

WIL’s Board of Directors governs the company and creates value for shareholders.

CEO Brent Walton is supported by Operations Manager Jamie Hamilton and his team of three fulltime staff.

WIL as a company has various responsibilities to its shareholders and regulators. Namely:

• Securing future water consents by ensuring the company and shareholders are meeting existing requirements, and reporting against these;
• Ensuring the race network and assets are fit for purpose and maintained accordingly to deliver shareholder water when and where required.
